Gamer. Prognosticator. Hottest guy in the room. There are many things that may describe me as a person, but there is only one word that carries any weight in regards to this shell of a website, and that word is: animator. Before I get into how I've been seduced into animation, here is some useless information for you to gorge yourself on.

This Hoosier - and don't ask what that means, because not even I know - has his roots in
Indianapolis, Indiana, and quickly found a passion for art at a young age. As a 5 year old, the only books that I was interested in were those step-by-step how-to drawing books. You know, the ones that had you etching circles and lines until eventually you had yourself a rhino, wizard, or some other nonsense after about 20 panels? Once I was old enough to realize that a smart person could just skip to the end and freehand the final picture, I was filled with glee at the endless possibilities of my artistic abilities. I was 23. Hey, don't judge me... those books kept me repeating Kindergarten until well after puberty.

Around the same age as my sketching was starting to take off, I stumbled upon another passion
of mine. No, not nose mining. Video games! Sitting around the Intellivision playing oldschool games like Burger Time, Pitfall, and the terrifying Dungeons & Dragons suddenly made those rainy midwestern spring months quite enjoyable. The Glory Days soon followed with things like Sega TV, LAN parties, direct connect modem wars with Duke Nukem 3D (hail to the king, baby), and some weird thing Al Gore created called The Interweb, opening avenues that we never thought possible from the boxy Intellivision controllers (if you can even call those monstrous torture devices "controllers").

I eventually found my way to the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I was among the
first graduating class from the Interactive Design and Game Development department. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do in the industry, but I definitely knew I wanted to create video games. During one of our classes that had the students autonomously working together to create a game for the Independent Games Festival at the GDC, we all broke into different groups to hodge-podge our way through this project. If you've ever seen a nest of frenzied mole rats, then you'll have an idea of what we all resembled in trying to find our respective niches. During that time something happened to me. I felt a flutter in my stomach, my pulse raced, and I started bleeding from the ears. You know, normal signs that you're in love. Alas, the beauty was not of the flesh, but a beauty I've come to know as 3d animation. I truly loved making pretty things wiggle right from the start, and have continued to grow, not only in my skills, but also in my desire to continue animating. I am now one of those crazies that stare at looping animation cycles during gameplay; enticing screams from angry neckbeards online.

Right now I'm doing the "normal" job thing until one of you decide to accept the prophecy of
The Great One coming to your studio to animate for you. In between my 60 hour work week, and other extra-curricular activities, I find time to improve my animations, and create more for the ravenous throng of my fandom.

I also fight crime.
